We dedicate Episode 1 of Inspiring Leaders to the highest form of leadership, "Servant Leadership".
Servant Leaders are always putting others first, building them up, connecting them to resources and helping others to maximize their potential. On episode 1 we get to speak with the quintessential Servant Leader, Meredith Thatcher.
Meredith is a highly respected workplace and change management strategist, consultant, public speaker and trainer with over 30 years of experience. She helps public and private sector clients across North America and overseas transition and transform “yesterday’s” work cultures and workspaces into “tomorrow’s” agile, responsive and collaborative workplaces. Meredith gives us a look into the life of a Servant Leader, sharing her ideas, perspectives and stories to help all of us become more Inspired Leaders.
