Steve Cody launched his career with humble roots; he was 15 years old when he turned his entrepreneurial aspirations into reality with just $1200, a squeegee, a bucket, and a dream. Over his career, Steve became a Serial Entrepreneur, starting 15 local and national businesses in the service, rental, e-commerce and retail markets which have generated over 250 million in sales. During this time, he became frustrated with the dozens of software applications and IT systems that he would have to cobble together and support. Steve started to wonder what things could be like if there was one solution that could help him run numerous aspects of these businesses. That vision eventually became a reality when he hired a software developer to custom-design a solution to his specifications.

Today Steve is the Founder of The Better Software Company, a company grown from the belief that there had to be a BETTER way to power small businesses. Steve took his vision of a better way and turned it into a better solution and a better company! Steve is on a mission to help small business owners by removing barriers created by current systems and take their business to the next level, giving them a better life too.
