He is a seasoned executive who is obsessed with the symbiotic relationship between two things: high performance and a healthy workplace. As a two-time ironman triathlon and multi-day extreme adventure racer, he values commitment to discipline and consistent execution of habits. Malcolm outlines the specifics of how his leadership team built their leadership habits and what they do to stay on track. Their dedication and discipline to how the leadership team operates is their secret to driving high performance and sustainable results. He proves that it starts at the top. His previous endeavours include a sixteen-year career with Johnson & Johnson where his last role was Vice President and General Manager. He has also held senior executive positions with The Canadian Medical Association and Allergan Canada. Malcolm holds a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Toronto and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Computer Science from McMaster University.
