Great job on this podcast, Terry. This is a subject that is more important than ever in the world of leadership. As we can see from many examples of poor leadership around the world in politics and business, the planet needs leaders with emotional intelligence (empathy, compassion, moral convictions, etc.). Keep up the great work. Cheers.

Great podcast. Thank you so much for sharing the importance of EQ in leadership. I love the example of Microsoft, Apple and Google taking a mindful minute before meetings begin. I also appreciate the plug for reconnecting with nature! I really appreciated how Renuka shared that each of us can indeed be leaders, and we do not need to have it attached to a title. Brilliant advice. Your challenge at the end Terry, is one that will have huge ripple effects. Thank you.
