It’s how we deal with challenges that matters. At 19, Johanne Brennan married into what turned out to be a notorious Caribbean crime family and a manipulative, abusive relationship. After 17 major surgeries and numerous attempts at reconciliation, Johanne returned to Canada in 2005, fighting for child custody and regaining control of her life.
