Bill Coletti is a reputation management, crisis communications and professional development expert, keynote speaker, Wall Street Journal Risk & Compliance panelist, and best-selling author of “Critical Moments: The New Mindset of Reputation Management”. He has more than 25 years of global experience managing high-stakes crises, issues management, and media relations challenges for both Fortune 500 companies and winning global political campaigns.

Bill previously co-led the Global Risk Management and Crisis Communications Practice for Hill + Knowlton Strategies. He held senior leadership positions in the firm’s Austin, Texas, Los Angeles and Orlando, Florida offices as a member of the senior management team. 
Bill provided senior counsel in crisis management, corporate communications, and reputation defense to numerous clients such as AT&T, Target Corporation, American Airlines, The Home Depot, Xerox, Nuclear Energy Institute, and Cargil, as well as major universities and global NGOs. Previously, Bill served in the Republic of Bulgaria as a senior advisor to the prime minister, Council of Ministers, and the labor minister. He was the first executive director of the American Chamber of Commerce in Bulgaria.

On this episode of Inspiring Leaders, Co-Host Dana Janzen welcomes our guest, Malcolm Eade. Malcolm is the CEO and President of Salus Global Corporation where he went beyond creating a traditional vision statement and designing leadership team operating principles. He and his team bring it to life and hold each other accountable every month. He is a seasoned executive who is obsessed with the symbiotic relationship between two things:  high performance and a healthy workplace.  
 
As a two-time ironman triathlon and multi-day extreme adventure racer, he values commitment to discipline and consistent execution of habits.  Malcolm outlines the specifics of how his leadership team built their leadership habits and what they do to stay on track.  Their dedication and discipline to how the leadership team operates is their secret to driving high performance and sustainable results.  He proves that it starts at the top. Leadership habits at the top drive both culture and  high performance.  
 
Malcolm has spent more than twenty years dedicated to building high performance teams that have achieved superior results. His previous endeavours include a sixteen-year career with Johnson & Johnson where his last role was Vice President and General Manager. He has also held senior executive positions with The Canadian Medical Association and Allergan Canada. Malcolm holds a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Toronto and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Computer Science from McMaster University.
