Eric describes how he couldn't find the right fit for his office space needs several years ago, so he created it. Eric tells the story of how his attention to detail and deep thinking helped him create the functional and distinctive workspaces that we now know and are a true pleasure to work in.

My ByWard Office has become a popular gathering place for Ottawa's forward-thinking professionals from all sectors, age groups and cultures. In creating it, Eric has aimed at the crossroads of function and style, and how this it hitting the mark. Eric discusses his thoughts and perspectives on how important the cultural chemistry is in the success that his start-up business is enjoying.

During the podcast, he openly considers the future of his business and what's next for My ByWard Office as they expand and accommodate new ideas in boardrooms and group workspaces. Lastly, Eric shares his thoughts on the challenges facing may Entrepreneurs and Leaders today, and what Inspired Leadership means from his perspective.
