​Dan Hendry strives toward promoting sustainable initiatives for the Limestone District School Board, and is the manager of community based learning & innovation at St. Lawrence College.  An architect behind the internationally recognized Kingston Transit High School Bus Pass Program – the program which has grown high school ridership from 28K to over 600K rides yearly from 2012-2016 by onsite transit orientation and free bus passes.

His concern for the environment is what drives him to take initiative in promoting sustainable solutions within the Kingston community. Martha Saunders is the sixth President of the University of West Florida. In her 30-plus years in higher education, she has served as in academic and leadership roles at universities in Florida, Georgia, Wisconsin and Mississippi. She has led the University of West Florida to its status as a top-performing public universities with the third-highest score in the Florida Board of Governors performance metrics. She established the UWF Innovation Institute, Center
for Cybersecurity and the Office of Equity and Diversity.

Mike has over twenty-five years of experience spanning both public and private sectors.  He served in the Canadian Armed Forces for twenty years holding several key leadership appointments, including as a Senior Officer in Canada’s Special Operations Forces that critically shaped his thinking.  
 
During the last five years, Mike has supported the successful growth of three separate defence and security companies during their start-up phase and is a Founding-Partner and Vice-President of Reticle Ventures Canada Incorporated.  Mike holds several degrees, including: Master of Science (Cranfield University, UK) and Master of Public Administration and Bachelor of Engineering (Royal Military College of Canada).  Mike lives in The Netherlands with his wife Laura and their three children.
