Franklin serves on the Executive Committee of the Malaysian Association of Facilitators. 
When not coaching or facilitating, Franklin enjoys facilitating education in the fields of Counseling and Organizational Behavior with a local private university and college.
Before venturing into Coaching, Facilitation, and academia, Franklin worked in the Information Technology sector for Fortune 500 Companies like NCR and Unisys. He also had a stint with non-profit organizations in leadership positions.

In the university, Franklin taught Leadership at both undergraduate, and postgraduate levels. Bill provided senior counsel in crisis management, corporate communications, and reputation defense to numerous clients such as AT&T, Target Corporation, American Airlines, The Home Depot, Xerox, Nuclear Energy Institute, and Cargil, as well as major universities and global NGOs. Previously, Bill served in the Republic of Bulgaria as a senior advisor to the prime minister, Council of Ministers, and the labor minister. He was the first executive director of the American Chamber of Commerce in Bulgaria.

At 19, Johanne Brennan married into what turned out to be a notorious Caribbean crime family and a manipulative, abusive relationship. After 17 major surgeries and numerous attempts at reconciliation, Johanne returned to Canada in 2005, fighting for child custody and regaining control of her life. 
 
In this episode of Inspiring Leaders, Johanne relates some of the strategies and tactics that helped her get through unimaginable trauma and challenges to help others who may also encounter trauma. In her new book “How To Thaw Your Frozen Feet” she helps people find acceptance, self-love and find your authentic self and potential
