Thanks for your interest in the Thrive NOW Academy. Here are the qualifications for membership:
1. You are a manager, director, executive, or business owner that has employees reporting to you, or a manager, director or executive in a government agency, crown corporation, academic institution, or non-profit with a staff of at least five employees.
2. You agree to participate in this 12 week program, attending a minimum of 50% of the Academy sessions via video conference, or viewing the recorded sessions on the Member-Only website. There are 60 sessions total, and there is no option to suspend, pause or stop your membership during the program.
3. You agree to adhere to the guidelines and values of the Academy, including confidentiality of all internal dialogue.
4. You have dependable internet access and will use your camera and mic in video-conferencing workshop sessions.
5. You are proficient in English, the official business language of the Thrive NOW Academy.
6. You agree to provide us with feedback for continuous improvement of the Academy.
Investment:
$6,000 per Member
Due to limited space of the Academy, full tuition is due up front or in monthly instalments. Academy members are strongly encouraged to seek professional development funding through their organization, if available.

If it is not clear that you are a fit for the Academy, we will schedule an online video call with you to discuss and explore membership further. A formal invitation to join our membership may, or may not follow.
