I have always believed in living life in the fullest and happiest way possible, never tolerating boredom, mediocrity, or other people’s assessments of what I “should” be doing with my life. I work with leaders, professionals, and entrepreneurs seeking clarity, balance and less stress, as well as to help them manage their time and resources more effectively, and seek, plan and implement bigger visions, and hone their leadership skills. My client list has included executives from International Paper, Prudential, Boys and Girls Clubs, Morgan Stanley, Carnival Cruise Lines, International Institute for Learning, The Federal Reserve, New York University, Darden, McKesson, the pharma industry and the State of NJ. In addition to working with executives, I’ve worked with politicians, celebrities, non-profit leaders, individuals in the midst of or post-divorce, empty nesters, up-and-coming managers, and people in all stages of life looking to take action for change.
I am the co-founder of the non-profit Coach Initiative, whose mission it is to be “the central gathering point where professional Coaches can volunteer their experience and expertise in support of global projects that focus on the betterment of the human condition and uplifting the human spirit.” I’m also a Board Member and Program Director of the Transformational Leadership Council, founded by Jack Canfield, and the co-founder of Serendipitous Events, which produces the Conversation Among Masters annual event for master level coaches. I have taught, coached and mentored thousands of individuals through coaching and workshops, and as the former Executive Vice President of Coachville and past Dean of the Thomas Leonard Coaching School. I’ve founded two non-profits, and advised many more. I also co-produced a TEDx for several years. As you can imagine, I’ve learned the art of balance and juggling.
Passionate about creating positive change in the world, I’ve sat on the boards of the Red Cross of Monmouth and Ocean County NJ, Family and Children’s Services, ORT, Hadassah, and the Junior League of Monmouth County NJ, as well as acted in both leadership and advisory capacities to several non-profit organizations and coaching-related companies. I’m a founding member of the IAC and was part of the trio that created its first certification exam. I’ve frequently served as an advisory board member to startup organizations. Life is never boring!
I live in the New York Tri-State area and work with individuals all over the globe.
