Shan is a Certified Masteries Coach by the International Association of Coaching (IAC), Certified Solution Focus Coach, Certified Executive Coach, and John C.Maxwell Certified Coach. He has a Doctoral Degree and his research was in the areas of Coaching and Entrepreneurship. He was the Global President of the International Association of Coaching (IAC) for the term 2020-2021.
