As a master’s credentialed organizational learning professional, Marco has over 20 years experience working with leaders and teams across a variety of industries. His work in the private, public and not-for-profit sectors has helped organizations to improve culture, adaptability and productivity. He has coached and trained hundreds of individuals from single working parents to CEO’s of publicly traded companies. Marco’s systematic coaching approach harnesses behaviour and strengths based coaching to support individuals in creating more personal accountability, improved performance, work/life synergy, personal fulfillment, and resiliency. As a Human and Organization Performance (HOP) specialist Marco guides leaders and front line workers through a systems way of thinking to improving how people, work flows, culture, equipment and processes interact to proactively reduce errors and error-driven outcomes in safety, and non-safety sensitive work. His diverse background and experience offers an integrative approach to motivating change, initiative and high performance.
Marco Holds a Bachelors of Science in Human Physiology from the University of Western Ontario and a Masters of Arts specializing in Adult Learning from the University of Calgary, where his course work focused on organizational learning, management and leadership, and effective decision-making. He is beginning a diploma program in Occupational Health and Safety to earn a Certified Safety Professional designation. Marco is also a certified Master Masteries Coach with the International Association of Coaching (IAC), a member of the IAC Coach Examiners Committee and a member of the Certified Professional Trainers Network.
Marco lives in Calgary Alberta with his wife, two children and dog Max.
